As a manager of gastro-place24.I would like to introduce me shortly to de you at this place, and whoever moves behind the sceneries betrays them/you.
My name is Sven Ballinger, I am independent bookkeeper and Dipl. Business manager (FH) with the main focus tax-right and finance-economy, with the further education as the business manager for system-gastronomy (is). The topics gastronomy & Hotellerie belong not only to my work-everyday life but became also to a personal passion meanwhile.
From this passion, the idea originated also in the year 2014 to open an Onlineshop. In my activity as a bookkeeper, I over decades got a deep insight into the world of the gastronomy and Hotellerie and could appropriate me moreover also a picture both the host and the guests around the needs.
From these extensive knowledge, I made myself the service-thought to own and develop a Shopkonzept, the virtually custom resolution for restaurateurs offers.
